These terms apply to your use of bigfincharters.com, operated by Big Fin Fishing Charters, LLC (Big Fin Charters), Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. By using this site or booking a trip with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and payments
Trips are booked through our online booking partner, FishingBooker, or directly with us by phone. Prices, deposits, payment options and the cancellation policy for your trip are shown when you book and in your booking confirmation. Those booking terms apply to your trip.
Weather and safety
Your safety comes first. The captain has final say on whether a trip runs, where we fish and when we return, based on weather, sea conditions and the safety of everyone on board. If a trip has to be canceled or cut short for weather or safety, we will work with you on rescheduling according to your booking terms.
On the boat
Guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions at all times. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian and wear a life jacket when required. Please tell us before your trip about any medical conditions or mobility needs so we can plan for them.
Fishing rules
All fishing follows Florida and federal regulations, including size limits, bag limits and closed seasons. The captain decides which fish may be kept on each trip.
